Abstract

Background: In this globalization era, health is an investment for each individual. Therefore, the government of each country strives for its citizens to live in a healthy and prosperous life. In Indonesia, each citizen is entitled to health services as stipulated in the UUD 1945 Article 28 H paragraph 1. In order to fulfill the people’s right, the government set several health care programs, for example Askes and Jamkesmas. In 2014 all members of Askes and Jamkesmas move into membership in BPJS. Health service provider in first grade is Puskesmas, it has important function in maintaining public health. Objective: To know satisfaction in outpatient health center unit of the Halmahera and Rowosari Health Center Semarang in era JKN. Methods: This study was an observational study with cross-sectional design. Samples were obtained by consecutive sampling from April to June 2015. The primary data in the form of descriptive data would be presented in tabular form with a picture or diagram. Then the data was analyzed using chi-square test. Result: Interpretation data of the results of each subject class with chi-square test showed similar results. Conclusions: There are no differences between satisfaction at the Halmahera Public Health Center and Rowosari Health Center. Keywords: satisfaction, Puskesmas Halmahera, Puskesmas Rowosari
