Abstract

Telah dtrancang dan direalisasi alat pengukur kecepatan putar Motor dc sebagai alat uji akan mengatarni pertambahan kecepatan putar scat tegangan yang diberikan dinaildcan. Kecepatan putaran ini dapat did= menwmakan tachometer. Sustman alat ini terdiri dari sensor optokopler, rangkaian detektor, multivibrator mode bergerak bebas, pencacah, penyimpan data,- dekoder, penampil tujuh segmen dan rangkaian pengendali. Alat ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kecepatan putar pada Iniai 0 sampai 2656 rpm. Nilai kecepatan putar tersebut disesuaikan dengan kernampuan motor dc sebagai alat uji yang digunakan sebai media pengkalibrasi. Pengujian statistik terhadap pengkalibrasian memberikan hasil bahwa pengukuran meggunakan tachometer hasil realisasi dan tachometer standar tidak membenkan hasil yang berbeda secara nyata pada taraf signiftkansi 90 %. A tachometer has been designed and realized. The increasing of power supply will be increase the rotation of velocity of dc motor and it can be measured by using tachometer. This tachometer consist of optocopler as sensor, detector circuit, astable multivibrator, counter, data latch, decoder, seven segmen display and controller circuit. This tachometer can be used to measure the rotation of velocity at the range 0 until 2656 rpm. These values was adapted with capability of the dc motor as caltibration tools. Statistical test to callibrafion gave the result that measurement using the realization and standard tachometer was not gave the true diffemnce result at 90 % of the significant level. xix This ument is Undip Institutional Repository Collection.
