Abstract

Trax FM public relations digital communication activities Semarang has an important role to disseminate information, using digital platforms such as social media, web, youtube. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and using theory from E-PR according to Onggo and Dasrun Hidayat in Media Public Relations. This research was conducted to describe the communication of digital strategy run by Trax FM Semarang. Refers to the use of digital communication strategies using social media as a function of information dissemination. The author sees from the type of Digital Platform used ie facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, whatsapp, and also the website. From the media the authors observe the activities undertaken by Trax FM Semarang, among others, the planning of digital communication strategy, the implementation of digital communication strategy by utilizing social media and other digital platform as a media of information dissemination, target audience targeted, messages delivered by the public, Social media strategies used, tactics performed, appropriate time scales for social media use, and resources that support Trax FM Semarang's digital strategy. From the results of this study can be seen that Communication Strategy Digital Public Relations Trax FM Semarang take advantage of social media and digital platform to conduct dissemination of information and efforts to improve the listener. All of Trax FM Semarang's digital communication strategy activities utilize social media and other digital platforms such as conveying information, getting closer to the listener, and reaching out to listeners. Instagram is the most accessible youth to be the main stay social media used Trax FM today.
