Abstract
This study aims to describe the Procedure of Product Service at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office XI Semarang. This research uses qualitative approach. The author uses data collection techniques by interview, observation, and literature study. Procedure service at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office XI Semarang simple according to the wishes of customers or customers who want the ease in every transaction service. Product service procedures in accordance with the Regional Office Operational Manual, supported with the attitude of friendly employees and kinship, along with facilities and customer service by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office XI Semarang. Suggestions that writers can provide on the results of this research is the ease of filling the form that directly shows want to make a pawn, good communication between employees and customers, so that customers can better understand about the products of PT. Pegadaian (Persero), time efficiency and skill to expedite product service to avoid long queue, structuring of guarantee goods is good enough and should pay more attention to cleanliness and service attitude to customer who always friendly and smiling when giving product service.
