Abstract

GO-JEK Semarang wants to appreciate merchants who have joined GO-FOOD Semarang and bringing together consumers and Semarang GO-FOOD’s merchants in an event. In addition, GO-FOOD Semarang wants to introduce various types of food in Semarang ranging from traditional food to contemporary food to the people of Semarang from various circles. Based on GO-JEK Semarang's request to hold GO-FOOD event, the strategy of this project is to hold an event that presents GO-FOOD’s favorite merchants in Semarang. Then came the idea of the event with the name GO-FOOD Culinary Festival with its activities are Road to GO-FOOD Culinary Festival and GO-FOOD Culinary Festival with 50 Best Merchants. In this case, Production and Partnership Manager are responsible for the entire production process, loading in and loading out, simulation, and property needs during the event, and are responsible for Road to GO-FOOD Culinary Festival activities. With the fulfillment of production requirements, Road to GO-FOOD Culinary Festival activities and GO-FOOD Culinary Festival with 50 Best Merchants can run well. With the success of this event, it becomes a lesson for those who will create an event where the fulfilled production needs will make the event run well. In addition, good partnership activities will support the spread of information well.
