Abstract

Digester is a key tool in the pulping process. This tool as a container in the delignification process raw material pulp industry in order to get the product in the form of pulp. To process the bagasse (bagasse) to be able to use tools pulp digester is a major tool in the pulping process. This tool as a container in the delignification process raw material pulp industry in order to get the product in the form of pulp. In this case the necessary tests on the appliance digester as an ingredient in making pulp for paper manufacture. Bagasse (bagasse) is a byproduct of the extraction process (milking) of sugar cane. From one factory bagasse generated approximately 35-40% of the weight of cane milled. However, as many as 60% of bagasse is utilized by the sugar mills as raw material, raw material for paper, canvas brake industrial raw materials, industrial mold and others. Bagasse (Bagasse) have a composition similar to the chemical composition broadleaf wood, except for water content. The main components include bagasse fiber (fiber) of about 43-52%, 46-52% water and 2-3% dissolved solids. Terms raw materials that can be used as pulp and paper are raw materials that have long fibers, spacious with high hemicellulose levels and bagasse have these requirements.
