Method: The quasi experimental study was conducted in April-May 2016 with children aged 2 to 3 years old in 3 PAUD in Semarang city as a subject. Subject was chosen with purposive sampling method, 60 children was divided into 2 groups, 30 children as control group and the other 30 as intervention group. The cognitive development before and after stimulation’s score was taken with Capute Scales. Stimulation was given to the intervention group for 30 minutes, 2 times a week for 3 weeks Data was analyzed with paired t test, wilcoxon test and mann-whitney test. Result : Both control and intervention group’s CAT score before and after stimulation was increased significantly (p=0,002 and p=0,000). Yet after stimulation’s score for the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group’s score (p=0,000). The difference between before and after stimulation’s score for intervention group was also significantly higher (p=0,001) Conclusion : there is a difference in child’s cognitive development between the one who was given interactive media stimulation and the one that wasn’t.
