Coca-cola is one of people’s favourite beverages and contains high level of carbohydrates, which has been suspected to rise the risk of obesity and type II dibetes mellitus. Coca cola zero is the solution presented by coca-cola to reduce the amount of rising blood glucose. Objective : To discover the difference of blood glucose level after drink 1 can (330 ml) reguler coca-cola and coca cola zero on the non diabetic population. Methods : Experimental study with cross-sectional approach. This study used two group pre-test and post-test group design (cross over). Data were collected from students of UNDIP Medical Faculty in April 2016. Data were analyzed by paired t-test and wilcoxon test. Result : The study involved 14 samples, with 6 men and 8 women. All delta comparison were using Wilcoxon test since distribution of data were not normal. As result, there is a significant difference (p<0,05) on delta comparison between GDPP 1 hour-GDP (p=0,009) and GDPP 2 hour-GDP (p=0.005) of regular coca-cola group and coca-cola zero group, while on delta comparison of GDPP 2-hour GDP on regular coca-cola group and coca-cola zero group were found no significant difference (p=0,4). Conclusion :There is a significant difference on blood glucose level after 1 hour consuming a can of coca cola and coca cola zero. Keywords : coca-cola, coca-cola zero, glucose
