This study concluded that nurses already have a good perception (n = 25, 51%) and good attitude (n = 28, 57.1%) in PLWHA care. Nurses have a good perception (n = 43, 73.5%) and good attitude (n = 45, 91.8%) in HIV infection prevention to health workers. However, there is still some lack perceptions to 46.9% (n=23) respondents who agree that invasive actions to PLWHA need to be done with strict PPE. Socialization needs related to the perceptions and attitudes of nurses that are less strict on the use of PPE in performing invasive action against PLWHA.
