Abstract

Reliabilitas merupakan probabilitas produk bekerja dengan baik tanpa kegagalan untuk jangka waktu tertentu dan dalam suatu kondisi yang disyaratkan. Program Six Sigma bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan memiliki reliabilitas tinggi. Akan dibahas mengenai konsep reliabilitas dalam pengendalian kualitas Six Sigma, hal-hal yang mempengaruhi kualitas dan reliabilitas produk. Reliabiiitas suatu produk digambarkan dalam model konvensional "kurva bak mandi" yang memperlihatkan hubungan laju kegagalan terhadap waktu. Fungsi reliabilitas yang dihasilkan dari asumsi laju kegagalan konstan dinyatakan dalam persamaan eksponensial, menggunakan distribusi Eksponensial sebagai pengembangan dari distribusi Poisson. Dibahas juga pecan uji masa hidup dalam pengendalian kualitas dan reliabilitas dimana uji masa hidup merupakan pendektesian awal reliabilitas produk saat berada ditangan konsumen, dan bilamanakah sebuah produk dikatakan reliabel. Reliability represent the probability of a product work better without failure for the duration of certain and in a required condition. The purpose program of Six Sigma is to yield the product which that qualified and own the high reliability. Will be studied to know the concept reliability in quality control of Six Sigma, the things that influence quality and reliability product. Reliability of a product depicted in conventional model " bathtub curve" which is showing relationship between failure rate and time. Function of Reliability yielded from constant failure rate assumption is expressed in equation exponential, using distribution Exponential as development from distribution Poisson. Studied also role the life time test in operation of quality and reliability, where life time test is the early prediction reliability of a product moment reside in consumer hand, and how is product told reliable.
