Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas Six Sigma berorientasi pada peningkatan kemampuan proses (Cp) menuju tingkat kegagalan not (zero defect) atau menuju nilai spesifikasi target kualitas (7) yang diinginkan pelanggan, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara pencapaian tingkat kualitas (target sigma) dan nilai toleransi standar deviasi maksimum (Smaks). Pengendalian kualitas Six Sigma motorolla mengizinkan adanya pergeseran nilai rata-rata (mean) setiap CTQ individu dari proses industri terhadap nilai spesifikasi target (T) sebesar ± 1,5-Sigma. Pengendalian berdasarkan rata-rata bergerak tertimbang eksponensial (EWMA) dalam menyelidiki pergeseran mean proses sangat efektif. Mean proses dilacak dengan EWMA (Z1) yang merupakan rata-rata tertimbang dari semua mean sampel sebelumnya, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan prosedur kontrol dinamis atau memberikan peramalan tentang proses berikutnya. Pergeseran nilai rata-rata proses terhadap nilai spesifikasi target (T) sebesar ±1.5 S„,a,„/w, dapat digunakan sebagai Batas Pengendali Atas (BPA) dan Batas The Six Sigma quality excalation is oriented on the increasing of the process capability (CO.: for zero defect level objective, the conclution that there is any relationship . between the quality level achievement with the maximum standar deviation tolerance value (Sin„,). the motorolla Six Sigma quality control is allow of any mean value movement for each individual CTQ from the industrial process toward the target specification value. (T) is ±.1,5 - sigma. Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) is very effective to observe asmall shift of mean, with this result that EWMA can be applied for developing the dynamic control procedure or else for next process value toward the value of target specification (T) is ±1,5S„,„,/w can be used as un Upper Controlled Limit (UCL) and a Low Cotrolled Limit (LCL) for mean process.
