Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata sebagai implementasi Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup di SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03, SMPN 31 dan SMA Don Bosko Semarang dalam mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif (Mixed method). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan angket dengan teknik analisis diskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sampel sebagai sumber data diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Rumusan strategi pengembangan disusun dengan memperhatikan faktor internal dan eksternal menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ke tiga sekolah sudah melaksanakan keempat komponen Adiwiyata dengan capaian; SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03 kategori sangat baik, SMPN 31 kategori sangat baik dan SMA Don Bosko kategori baik. Sedangkan kaitannya dengan pembangunan berkelanjutan, dalam pelaksanaannya telah mencakup semua aspek pembangunan berkelanjutan yaitu aspek Sosial, Lingkungan, dan Ekonomi dengan cakupan paling tinggi pada aspek lingkungan dan aspek ekonomi cakupannya paling rendah. Hasil analisis uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh program Adiwiyata terhadap perilaku peduli lingkungan di kalangan siswa ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel dengan sig 0.000<0,05. Sedangkan dari analisis IFAS-EFAS menujukkan program unggulan sekolah di bidang lingkungan merupakan bagian yang mempunyai kekuatan paling tinggi, sedangkan penegakan peraturan sekolah merupakan bagian paling lemah. Posisi SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03 dalam kuadran III, SMPN 31 pada kuadran I, SMA Don Bosko pada kuadran III. Warga sekolah belum sepenuhnya menjadikan Adiwiyata sebagai budaya, sekolah harus memprioritaskan strategi pertumbuhan disertai diversifikasi program dengan mengoptimalkan kerja tim Adiwiyata, mengintensifkan pengawasan peraturan sekolah terutama yang terkait dengan lingkungan, dan internalisasi Adiwiyata. Dibutuhkan kreatifitas dalam pengelolaan kegiatan pembiasaan perilaku ramah lingkungan di kalangan siswa yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat usia dan perkembangan diri siswa SD, SMP, dan SMA. Pihak terkait hendaknya secara keberlanjutan melakukan monitoring pelaksanaan pendidikan lingkungan hidup yang terintegrasi pada program sekolah sebagai pembiasaan dan pembudayaan bagi warga sekolah. Kata kunci: strategi, sekolah berwawasan lingkungan, adiwiyata This study aims to describe the Adiwiyata program as an implementation of Environmental Education at SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03, SMPN 31 and SMA Don Bosko Semarang in supporting sustainable development. This type of research is a descriptive study with a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches (Mixed method). Data collection using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires with qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Samples as data sources were taken by purposive sampling technique. The formulation of the development strategy was prepared by taking into account internal and external factors using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the three schools had carried out the four Adiwiyata components with achievements; SDN Tlogosari Kulon 03 is very good category, SMPN 31 is very good and SMA Don Bosko is good. While its relation to sustainable development, in its implementation it has covered all aspects of sustainable development, namely the Social, Environmental and Economic aspects with the highest coverage on the environmental aspects and the lowest economic aspects of the coverage. The results of the statistical test analysis showed that there was an influence of the Adiwiyata program on environmental care behavior among students as indicated by the Fcount greater than Ftable with sig 0.000 <0.05. While the IFAS-EFAS analysis shows that the school's superior program in the environmental field is the part that has the highest power, while the enforcement of school regulations is the weakest part. The position of Tlogosari Kulon 03 Public Elementary School in Quadrant III, SMPN 31 in Quadrant I, Don Bosko High School in Quadrant III. School residents have not yet fully made Adiwiyata a culture, schools must prioritize growth strategies accompanied by diversification of programs by optimizing the work of the Adiwiyata team, intensifying supervision of school regulations especially those related to the environment, and internalization of Adiwiyata. Creativity is needed in the management of environmentally friendly behavioral activities among students which are adjusted to the level of age and self-development of elementary, middle and high school students. Related parties should continuously monitor the implementation of environmental education integrated in the school program as habituation and acculturation for school residents.
