The results of empirical testing from research that has been done, produce two conclusions, namely good empathy communication will be able to explain the increase in coping strategies undertaken by female patients with cancer. This means that if the communication between doctors and patients is based on empathy, it will have an impact on ability, and good coping strategies carried out by patients will be able to improve the quality of life of female patients with cancer in living their lives independently, that is, positive coping strategies built by the patient has an impact on the quality of life (well being) of the patient to live his future life independently, happily and full of confidence
