Abstract
The performance of an organization is strongly influenced by several important aspects including communication and leadership. Communication that is maintained continuously in an organization will slowly form an organizational communication climate. The more positive the organizational communication climate is formed, the performance will increase. Likewise with the applied leadership style, that the worse the leadership style the employee's performance decreases, conversely the better the leadership style the employee's performance increases. The more satisfied the employee will increase the employee's performance, and conversely the more dissatisfied the employee, the lower the employee's performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational climate and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV Agung Mitra Sejahtera. In this study, the entire population of 45 employees was chosen to be the sample. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, communication climate and job satisfaction jointly influenced employee performance by 47.8%. The results also showed that as many as 46% of respondents assumed that the leadership style used was an autocratic leadership style. The variables of communication climate, job satisfaction and employee performance are in the medium category which tends to be low. This shows that leadership style, communication climate and job satisfaction are three factors that must be considered by CV Agung Mitra Sejahtera to improve employee performance.
