Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the process of preparing the successor to relationship between the family and members of the business, planning and control processes in the family company PT. Dedy Jaya Lambang Perkasa in Brebes. This study was conducted on the leadership succession of the old leader to the new leader of PT. Dedy Jaya Lambang Perkasa in Brebes. Analysis technique which is used is case study. The result showed that: 1) Successor candidate is ready in the continuing leadership in the company despite the successor candidate is still much to learn. 2) Successor candidate communication with family member has been good no problem. 3) The business consultant/advisor decisive step or policies that should be taken by the company.
