Gambaran Fungsi Seksual Wanita Usia Subur pada Pengguna KB Hormonal, IUD, dan Kondom Di Kelurahan Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang

Abstract

Discription of Sexual Function of Childbearing Age Women Who Apply Family Planningusing Hormonal, Intra Uterin Devices,and Condoms Technique in Ungaran Village Distric of Semarang xiv + 75 Pages + 5 Tables + 3 Images + 11 Attachments Sexual function is how the body reacting to the stages of the sexual response cycle. The use of contraceptives can reduce the sexual function. Study about description of sexual function in user of contraceptives in Ungaran Village had never been done. The purpose of this study was to describe how the sexual function in the fertile age women as hormonal contraceptives user, IUDs and condoms. The design of this study was descriptive study with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was probability sampling with simple random sampling. Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaires were distributed to 154 respondents consist of 67 respondents hormonal-contraceptives user, 54 respondents IUDs user, and 33 respondents condoms user. The inclusion criterias were fertile age women who use hormonal contraceptives, IUDs, and condoms in Ungaran village, not illiterate, have husband, used contraceptives for 6 months to 5 years. The exclusion criterias was respondents with sexual transmitted diseases. Data were processed using SPSS for Windows software and analysed univarietely in distribution frequency’s form. Result showed that respondents had normal sexual function; 50.7% respondents of hormonal contraceptives user, 51.9% respondents of IUDs user and 54.5% condoms user. Some contraceptives user in Ungaran Village were found to had decreasing of sexual function. Fertile age women who use contraceptives were advised to discuss with partners about the sexual function which consist of sexual willing, stimulation, orgasm, lubrication, satisfaction, pain and all things were related to avoid miunderstanding so that the harmonious in the housewifery can be well established.
