Abstract
Kemiskinan berpengaruh pada penurunan daya beli yang berdampak penurunan konsumsi makanan sehingga mengalami kekurangan gizi, pada anak sekolah dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsumsi makanan, status gizi dan prestasi belajar anak kelas 3-6 SD pada keluarga miskin dan tidak miskin, studi di Desa Kaligono.Jenis penelitian observational dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian anak kelas 3-6 SD pada keluarga miskin, jumlah responden 30 anak dan pada keluarga bukan penerima 30 anak sebagai pembanding. Penilaian konsumsi makanan dengan recall, status gizi dengan antropometri berdasar BB/TB, nilai prestasi belajar dari nilai rata-rata murni tes sumatif semester 1 pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, IPA dan IPS. Analisis perbedaan menggunakan T -test untuk konsumsi energi, status gizi berdasar normalitas data dengan Kolmogorof-Smirnov. Hasil penelitian : rata-rata tingkat kecukupan gizi 59,53% + 23,25%; tingkat kecukupan protein 71,07% +31,63%; status gizi berdasar indeks BB/TB -0,23 + 0,77; prestasi belajar + 68,29 + 6,98 pada responden keluarga miskin. Rata-rata tingkat kecukupan energi 56,93% + 16,67%; tingkat kecukupan protein 66,57% + 28,87%; status gizi berdasar indeks BB/TB -0,25 + 1,07;prestasi belajar 68,57 + 7,46 pada responden tidak miskin. Disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan tingkat konsumsi energi, tingkat konsumsi protein, status gizi BB/TB, prestasi belajar (p=0,62; p= Kata Kunci: miskin, konsumsi, status gizi, prestasi, anak sekolah dasar 0,49; p=0,93; p=0,87). DIFFERENCE FOOD INTAKE, NUTRITIONAL STATUS AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AMONG THE 3 UP TO 6 GRADE ELEMENTARY STUDENTS OF POOR FAMILIES AND NON POOR ONES STUDYING IN KALIGONO, KALIGESING, PURWOKERTO AT 2006 Poverty influences the ability to full fill life needs, including food consumption. Therefore, poverty becomes a factor of nutritional deficiency affecting students performance at school. The research is aimed to figure out the 3 up to 6 grade elemntary student of poor families and not poor families. It is an observational research using cross sectional design. The population is 3 up to 6 grade elemntary student of poor families. 30 students are teken as the respondent while other 30 students of not poor families as a comparison. The consumption assessment is applied through recall. Nutritional status and antropometry are based on weight/height and learning achievement at school is measured through the everage result of first semester examination at Indonesian language, Math and sciences. T-test is applied in food consumption of energy, nutritional status on weight/height and learning achievement, Mann-Whitney is applied in food consumption of. Test of normality uses Kolmogorof-Smirnov. The research of result are : Respondents of poor families have level of energy adequacy 59,53% + 23,25%; protein adequacy 71,07% +31,63%; nutrition status according to Z score and weight/height is -0,23 + 0,77; learnig achievement + 68,29 + 6,98, respondents of families not poor have level of energy adequacy 56,93% + 16,67%; protein adequacy 66,57% + 28,87%; nutrition status according to Z score and weight/height is -0,25 + 1,07 learning achievement 68,57 + 7,46. It can be concluded that there is no differences in level of energy and protein consumption, nutritional status upon Z score using weight/height and students perfprmance at school (p=0,62; p=0,49; p=0,93; p=0,87).
