ANALISA DESAIN RAK FILING DAN LAY OUTRUANG BERDASARKAN ANTHROPOMETRI PETUGAS DAN PERTAMBAHAN DOKUMEN RS DI RS PANTI WILASA SEMARANG

Abstract

Dalam mendesain rak filing yang baik harus memperhatikan aspek ergonomi khususnya anthropometri petugas dan lay out ruang serta pertambahan jumlah dokumennya. Tinggi rak filing RS Panti Wilasa Citarum Semarang digudang 1 dan 2 adalah 325 m hal ini menyebabkan petugas kesulitan dalam pengambilan/pengambilan DRM untuk sectionrak bagian atas.Selain itu juga menyebabkan keluhan sakit pada leher dan bahu,pegal pada kaki dan tangan juga kelelahan serta keamanan petugas tidak terjamin. Gudang 4 yang merupakan bagian section dari gudang 3 berjarak 94 m dari bagian pendaftaran. Sedangkan jarak antar rak yang tidak standar menyebabkan mobilitas petugas juga terganggu. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan waktu tunggu pasien menjadi lama. Sementara itu peningkatan jumlah pasien tiap tahunnya mencapai 107%dari jumlah pasien tahun sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendesain rak filing dan lay out ruang yang sesuai dengan antropometri petugas untuk mengantisipasi kebutuhan rak filing berdasarkan pertumbahan DRM di RS Panti Wilasa Citarum Semarang. Jenis penelitian adalah operational research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dokumen dimana pearhitungan sampel menggunakan metode alokasi sebanding karena total banyaknya unit per stratum berbeda. Hasil penealitian menunjukkan bahwa desain rak filing di RS ini dilihat dari anthropometri petugas dan lay out ruangnya tergolong tidak ergonomis.Sementara itu panjang pengarsipan yang tersedia 400,3 m sedangkan kebutuhan untuk tahun 2005 adalah 481 m dan bertambah untuk tahun-tahun selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penealitian tersebut untuk jangka pendek disarankan pengadaan alat bantu untuk mengatasi tinggi rak filing gudang 1 dan 2,pembagian section antara gudang 3 dan ,pengadaan sepeda untuk mobilitas petugas ke gudang 4,melakukan retensi DRM dan pengaturan lay out ruang. Untuk jangka panjang harus dilakukan penambahan jumlah rak dan ruang dalam mengantisipasi kebutuhan panjang pengarsipannya. Kata Kunci: Rak filing, lay out ruang,anthropometri dan pertambahan DRM ANALYSIS OF FILING SHELF AND ROOM LAY-OUT DESIGN BASED ON THE STAFFS ANTHROPOMETRI AND THE INCREASING OF MEDICAL RECORD IN PANTI WILASA CITARUM HOSPITAL SEMARANG To have good design of filing shelf,it is necessary to perceive the ergonomic aspec especially the staffs's anthropometri and room lay-out as well as the document encreasing. The filling shelf height of Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital semarang,at filing 1 and 2 is 325 m,it caused the staffs to have difficulties in taking/returning medical record into upper shelf section. Basides,this also cause the staffs to have pain sigh in neck and soulder,feet and hands stiff and excaustion as well as the anguaranted safety of the staffs. The filing 4 which is the section part of filing 3 is 94 m away from the registration. While unstandarlyzed distance amongst shelfs caused the staffs mobility disturbance. It is resulting in longer waiting hours for patients. However the number of patients is increasing up to 107% compared with the lest years. Based on those matters,this research is in aim of designing shelf filing and room lay-out which is accordance with the staffs anthropometri to cover the need of shelf filing based on the medical record increasing in Panti wilasa Citarum Hospital Semarang. It is operational research with Cross Sectional approach.The population of the research is all document where the sample counting used proportional allocation method due to the vary of totalunit in each stratum. The result of the study performs that the feling shelf design in this hospital is not ergonomic according to staffs anthropometri and room lay-outpoint of view. The filing is available in 400,3m length,while the 2005 needs is 481 m and it will be longer in the future. According to the result of the research,for short therm it is suggested to provide instruments to help to overcome the height of filing shelf in filing 1 and 2,in dividing the section between filing 3 and 4, to do retention of medical record and room lay-out organization. In the future, the number of shelf and rooms must be increased in order to fill the needs of filing length.
