Abstract
Pemenuhan permintaan produk dan optimalisasi distribusi merupakan hal yang penting dalam sebuah industri batik. Prediksi permintaan dan optimalisasi distribusi memberikan kontribusi yang baik pada produsen industri batik. Pengembangan suatu sistem untuk memprediksi permintaan produk batik yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengoptimalisasi rute distribusi produk. Metode yang digunakan untuk memprediksi yaitu Weighted Moving Average (WMA), dan untuk optimalisasi rute menggunakan model Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) dengan algoritma Sequential Insertion. Diperoleh hasil bahwa dengan metode WMA dapat memprediksi permintaan produk dengan menghasilkan nilai error yang kecil dengan hasil MAPE yaitu 0 sampai 17% yang tergolong sangat akurat-baik. Untuk optimalisasi distribusi dengan menggunakan model VRP dan algoritma Sequential Insertion menghasilkan biaya yang optimal yaitu Rp 38.110,00, dengan biaya sebelumnya mencapai Rp 150.000,00 dalam satu bulan sehingga dapat mereduksi sebesar 75%. Selain itu waktu tempuhnya 136 menit dengan jarak tempuh 73,2 km, dengan rute yang sudah dioptimalisasi. Demand prediction and distribution optimization provide a good contribution to the producers of the batik industry. In this study the system was developed to predict the demand for batik products which was then continued by optimizing the product distribution route. The method used to predict is Weighted Moving Average (WMA), and for route optimization using the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) model with Sequential Insertion algorithm. The results obtained that the WMA method can predict product demand by generate the small error value with MAPE the result is 0 until 17% which classified as very accurate-good. For distribution optimization using the VRP model and Sequential Insertion algorithms the result of optimal costs is IDR 38,110, with a previous cost is IDR 150,000 in one month so can reduce 75%. Besides that, the travel time is 136 minutes with the distance 73.2 km, and routes that have been optimized.
