Abstract

ABSTRAK SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat mengontrol, memonitor dan mengukur besaran suatu peralatan secara jarak jauh dan real time. Dengan kata lain SCADA memiliki fungsi telesignalling, telecontrolling, dan telemetering. SCADA berfungsi mulai dari pengambilan data pada Gardu Induk atau Gardu Distribusi, pengolahan informasi yang diterima, sampai reaksi yang ditimbulkan dari hasil pengolahan informasi. Dengan adanya sistem SCADA penyampaian dan pemrosesan data dari peralatan gardu induk yang terdiri dari peralatan proteksi, kontrol dan pengukuran menjadi lebih cepat diketahui oleh operator(dispatcher). Informasi pengukuran dan status indikasi dari sistem tenaga listrik dikumpulkan di RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) yang ditempatkan di Gardu Induk (GI). Panel RTU sebagai implementasi dari SCADA dalam melakukan fungsi telesignaling, telecontrolling, telemetering seringkali terjadi gangguan baik internal maupun eksternal sehingga diperlukan reset power untuk menormalkan kembali. Dalam kondisi pemeliharaan PMT dalam posisi Rack-out (tidak terhubung dengan rel 20 kV) dan harus tersambung dengan grounding. Sedangkan pada kondisi penormalan kembali, posisi PMT harus dalam keadaan Rack-in (masuk rel 20 kV) dan groundingterlepas. Saat ini reset powerhanya dapat dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menuju lokasi gardu induk. Posisi PMT dan grounding harus termonitor dan terkoordinasi dengan maksimal agar tidak terjadi kesalahan yang dapat membahayakan sekitar. Interlock posisi PMT dengan groundingserta reset powerperlu diintegrasi dengan SCADA sehingga interlockPMT dengan groundingserta reset powerdapat termonitor dan terkendali via remote. Koordinasi posisi PMT dengan grounding dan reset power dilakukan oleh sistem minimum Arduino Mega 2560 dengan menggunakan bahasa C. Koordinasi kondisi PMT dan grounding dapat dilakukan dengan system Interlock. Dalam kondisi pemeliharaan maupun penormalan kembali PMT tidak dapat dioperasikan ketika posisi PMT dan grounding tidak sesuai. Reset Power dapat dilakukan via remote. IED (Intelligent Electronics Device) Power Meter ION 6200digunakan untuk pengukuran besaran arus dan tegangan sekaligus penampil hasil pengukuran dari sensor arus dan tegangan didalamnya. In other words, SCADA has the functions of telesignalling, telecontrolling, and telemetering. SCADA functions from data collection on Substation or Distribution Substation, processing of information received, until the reaction generated from the results of information processing. With the SCADA system delivering and processing data from the substation equipment consisting of protection equipment, controls and measurements become more quickly known by the operator (dispatcher). Measurement information and the indication status of the power system are collected in the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) placed in the substation (GI). The RTU panel as the implementation of SCADA in performing the functions of telesignaling, telecontrolling, telemetering often occurs both internal and external interference so that it is necessary to reset the power to normalize again. Under maintenance conditions PMT in Rack-out position (not connected with 20 kV rail) and must be connected with grounding. Whereas in normalized condition, the position of PMT should be in a Rack-in state (entering the 20 kV rail) and grounding off. Currently reset power can only be done manually so that it takes a long time to get to the substation location. The position of PMT and grounding must be monitored and coordinated to the maximum in order to avoid errors that can be dangerous around. Interlocking PMT position with grounding and power reset needs to be integrated with SCADA so that PMT interlock with grounding and reset power can be monitored and controlled via remote. PMT position and grounding and reset power coordination is done by the Arduino Mega 2560 minimum system using C language. Coordination of PMT conditions and grounding can be done with the Interlock system. Under conditions of maintenance and normalization, PMT cannot be operated when the PMT and grounding positions are not suitable. Power Reset can be done via remote. IED (Intelligent Electronics Device) The ION 6200 Power Meter is used for measuring the amount of current and voltage as well as the measurement result viewer from the current and voltage sensors inside.
