Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of employee engagement in LPP TVRI Central Java Station and provide advice to improve employee engagement in LPP TVRI Station Central Java. The object of this research is Public TV Broadcasting Institution Republic Indonesia (LPP TVRI) Central Java Station. Respondents in this study used as many as eleven (11) people. Methods in this study using qualitative research methods a phenomenology study approach by conducting interviews on each respondent. The results of this study show and conclude that: the employee engagement condition is in good condition from 11 respondents, 8 people say good and the rest is 3 people say low due to lack of uneven distribution of rewards. Suggestions to improve employee engagement make rules regarding the distribution of rewards to employees.
