PROSEDUR RESERVASI TIKET PADA PT. SRIWIJAYA AIR DISTRICT SEMARANG

Abstract

An airline reservation system on an airline is indispensable for the efficient and effective operation of the airline. In this aircraft reservation system includes all information about flight schedules, airline ticket reservations, airline passenger data, airline ticket costs, departure cancellations, passenger lists in an aircraft, and other information. The process of information processing on aircraft reservation system by utilizing web technology causes the web to become a dynamic information media that can facilitate prospective passengers in plane ticket reservations. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to know about ticket reservation procedures at Sriwijaya Air District Semarang, from the booking process to the cancellation of the booking tike and what issues hinder the reservation process itself. It is concluded that many of the reservation procedures implemented by Srwijaya Air have not been implemented correctly, there are still errors that may occur during the reservation process itself. For that improvement service which facilitate ticket reservation procedure in Sriwijaya Air.
