Abstract
Awareness of the employee’s right casts at the same time as they commits on employer’s workforce. All possible rights only occurs when a person becomes employee of a certain corporate, this right attaches only for those who still on their duty. Whenever they lost the job, aforementioned rights would be automatically dismissed. Thus, fulfillment of employee’s rights should be equally implemented with their contribution of goods/ service production within the corporation as follows. This study was conducted to analyze the fulfillment of male labour’s right at PT. Fumira Semarang, within the Indonesian Labor Union of Electronic, Metal, and Machinery (Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia, SPSI). Chosen research method is descriptive qualitative in which primary data obtained through direct interviews and secondary data acquired from documents or records, other data sources related to the research also follows. Analysis method used by the author is using qualitative data in the form of analytical depiction and conclusions on the observed symptoms. The results showed that fulfillment of employee’s rights within PT. Fumira Semarang is basically related to the existence of labour unions and collective partnership agreements that exist under SPSI PT. Fumira Semarang, where each employee rights completely setled in the regulation, namely the Collective Labour Agreement and SPSI serves to accommodate all form of employee’s aspirations. Advice can be given for all element, businessman, manager, or employee, is being more consistent while implementing the substantive contents of Collective Labor Agreement according to the directions made for the fulfillment of employee’s rights.
