Abstract

PT. Bank Woori Saudara 1906, Tbk Branch Cirebon is one of the private-owned banks that have human resources (HR) is quite a lot and quality. Woori Bank's offices are spread across major cities in Indonesia, making it easier for people to obtain savings and loan services. Employees as a key element of the company will be able to improve their performance if they know what is expected of them, when they can participate, and how and when they are judged for their work. Assessment of work should be done fairly, impartial and should describe the actual performance of the accurate. Therefore, matters affecting an employee's performance must be well recognized by the company's leader, especially for the employee's own appraiser in charge of human resources. The purpose of this study is to know the terms and conditions of employee appraisal and constraints and solutions of the implementation of performance management system implemented by PT.Bank Woori Brothers Branch Cirebon. This type of research used is descriptive research. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis method. The type of data used is primary and secondary, while the data collection technique is to make observations, interviews and literature study. The result of the research is PT.Bank Woori Saudara 1906, Tbk implements a performance appraisal system that aims to encourage the improvement of achievement / employee productivity in accordance with the achievement of corporate goals, personal behavior goals focused on corporate goals. With the implementation of the system is expected performance and individual contribution of employees to the effectiveness of the achievement of corporate objectives can be planned, monitored, measured and evaluated the process of achievement, and performed corrective actions whenever there are performance problems in the process, and ultimately used as individual final performance instrument.
