PELAKSANAAN KONSOLIDASI TANAH SECARA SWADAYA di DESA SAMBILAWANG KECAMATAN TRANGKIL KABUPATEN PATI TAHUN 2007

Abstract

Along with the high population growth, the use of land and space is also increasing because humans need space for their lives and activity. Given the increasing demand for land, it is demanding litter of various activities in a spatial. The facts show that much there was a conflict due to the unavailability of road access to the main routes for land owner. This is so if it is not controlled from an early age it will happen irregular surroundings. Hence the need for a regulatory system land, so that it is able to regulate land use and be able to provide prosperity for society. One way to achieve that is through land consolidation activities. Writing method in this Final Project, the author uses qualitative methods as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written data or oral from several sources. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews and documentation. Taking informants using purposive samling technique, which became his informant Mr. Sutikno, A.Ptnh as Head of Land Administration and Arrangement. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Soil Consolidation Urban Self-Help in Sambilawang Village, Trangkil Sub-district, Pati Regency Year 2007 was held successfully and in accordance with applicable regulations regarding Soil Consolidation. Soil Consolidation in Sambilawang Village is done at the will of the people owners of the land making it easier to implement. The results of the implementation of Soil Consolidation in the village of Sambilawang is by the existence of the fields of the land are regular and mutually facing the street is equipped with water channels, so the sale value of the land becomes increased. Obstacles from the implementation of land consolidation is about financing that the process does not go smoothly and about the lack of awareness the community will be the importance of land consolidation for development. Active participation communities (landowners) are important factors in the Implementation of Land Consolidation independently in Sambilawang village, because without community participation, the purpose of development policies independently can not be realized.
