Abstract
Coca-cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java is one of the multinational companies in Central Java which consistently maintain its good relation, especially its relation between employees in order to improve the human resources of the company. Therefore, the perceptions of Coca-cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java employees become important to be noticed to know how the employees value the existence of “Antarkita” magazine. This research used descriptive quantitative by collecting the data from 90 respondents who are the employees of Coca-cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java. It is based on from the research which showed that the majority of respondents in pay attention to are categorized “Antarkita” magazine there are good. Then the impression the majority of respondents said interested and have the impression good to the concept of presented “Antarkita” magazine. But with an indicator interpretation, that the majority of felt agree with the magazine “Antarkita” easy to interpreted. While for indicators sight and knowledge minority respondents feel agree by reading magazines “Antarkita” can profide knowledge and insight. It was stated that the result of employees’ perceptions was good. But sill there are things that need attention again in increase effectiveness of magazine “Antarkita” as the ducts communication internal on employees by means of multiplying the number of distribution magazine “antarkita” to the achievement of the dissemination of information thoroughly and increase the intensity for employees in Coca-cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java. It is suggested that “Antarkita” magazine can fulfill what the employees need by keep informing all updated information related to the company.
