Abstract

Development of information technology is very influential on the increasing needs and desires of modern society will be a service that is able to provide ease and speed. To address these demands PT PLN (Persero) develop the latest innovation that is not apart also from technological developments in the field of telecommunications is "Applications PLN Mobile" android based services. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive research type, The data collection tool through interview. The sources of this research are Corporate Public Relations of PT PLN (Persero), Service Supervisor and two community representatives who are customers and prospective customers. Corporate Public Relations Strategy Program PT PLN (Persero) uses the utilization of PLN Mobile Application and has become PLN program throughout Indonesia. PLN Mobile Application Utilization Program is implemented with Pre-Launching first to the internal party before it is launched to an external party that aims to be able to review the readiness of the application of PLN Mobile itself. Research on Corporate Public Relations Strategy of PT PLN through the utilization of PLN Mobile Application, using the theory of planning process of Corporate Public Relations work plan that is, Facts gathering stage, Planning, Implementation and Communication, and Evaluation. The research shows that in collecting data of Corporate Public Relations PT PLN (Persero) conducted a survey by listening directly to the complaints and input from the public then in the implementation process of Corporate Public Relations mengexpose the launch of this PLN Mobile Application to coincide with the 71st HLN. Constraints of Corporate Public Relations Strategy PT PLN (Persero) at the stage of collecting fact data, planning, implementation and evaluation is limited server provided by PT PLN than expected in the initial planning. It needs to be an evaluation of Corporate Public Relations of PT PLN (Persero) in maximizing the small things in order to utilize PLN Mobile Application can be run in accordance with the expectations and customer satisfaction in the service provided by PT PLN to the public
