Abstract
The activity of company is key for incrase of productivity employee can influence company image. The relations of superior between subordinate are part of internal relationship. The purpose of employee relations at Basarnas program to gave for employee was goal then impact for achievement organitation, in another hand to increase productivity of employee. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative method. Through a qualitative approach, data obtained from the field conclude that is specific to the general. The subject of study is public relations at Basarnas office in Semarang, Semarang Potential SAR Office, Rescuer, and clerks archivists. The results showed that the activities of employee relations in Basarnas SAR office in Semarang will improve employee performance such as education and training activities training, training high angle rescue, jungle rescue, water rescue, awards to employees who excel, motivation and activities of special events such as SAR challenge, religious gatherings, futsal. But to the intensity of the activity is still less do because of the density of operations rescue and activities training and gave theory in the field are pretty solid.
