PERAN PEJABAT PENGELOLA INFORMASI DAN DOKUMENTASI (PPID) DALAM MENDORONG KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI PUBLIK KABUPATEN KLATEN

Abstract

Openness public information is evidence of democracy and transparency to the public in accordance with undang-undang no.14 year 2008 concerning access to public information. It is compatible with public relations function as fields public services to form of communication was held by the institutions with public spaces.Aims to review the role of management officials information and documentation in encouraging report in the klaten. The result of this research showed that in managing information ppid already carry it out with good based on points relevant information ppid proven to have information relevant to applicant information in accordance with the prevailing regulations. Precise information has been conducted ppid this is because ppid seen information to the applicant information in accordance with the data owned by ppid .Information also provided in timely him an applicant information needed information. The applicant also obtained information basically and clear in accordance with what is wanted by the applicant information as user information .The information given ppid been confirmed validitasnya and information provided are consistent order to be able to a way out. We can conclude that the role of management official information and documentation ( ppid ) in encouraging openness of public information already district klaten going well in accordance with the concept of transparency of information.
