Abstract

This research was conducted at National Land Office of Semarang District Regency. The background in this study is the limited number of hardware and the lack of manpower in the National Land Office of Semarang District. The author uses descriptive research type using qualitative data to know how the role of information technology in the process of land certification in the National Land Office of Semarang District. Techniques of collecting interview data and observation and literature study. The results showed that the role of information technology in the process of land certification in the National Land Office of Semarang District is very large but its availability is still lacking and its use is still not maximal in addition to the amount of labor also not in accordance with the target of work requested Suggestion that writer can convey in this research is by adding wifi network become higher capacity, hold some component or device that still needed and hire new employee to fulfill job target on time.
