Abstract

Mediation is a way of dispute resolution through negotiation process for obtain the agreement of the Parties with the assistance of the Mediator facilitates to be able to achieve a solution (peace). Mediator is a judge or a party others who have the Mediator Certificate as a neutral party who helps Para Parties in the negotiation process to look for possible solutions dispute without resorting to the method of disconnecting or enforcing a settlement. The formulation in this paper is how the results of the decisions are completed by land dispute HM No 459 through mediation and why the parties voted mediation as a way of dispute resolution. This writing aims to knowing the outcome of the decision resolved by land dispute HM No 459 through mediation and Knowing the reasons parties choose mediation as a way dispute resolution. The method used by the author in this Final Project using the method Qualitative Descriptive. The Kuanlitatif Descriptive Method is a research method describes the data obtained from the research. The exposure of such data is explanatory sentences, explanations of clearly obtained data and usually this explanation does not use numbers. Land Mediation Dispute Process HM No.459 located in Ngawen Village District Cluwak Pati District concerned Budi Wiyono, Liep Bowo, Notary Mirah Setyanti, S.H and Land Office of Pati Regency. The parties agreed to end this issue peacefully. Conclusion both parties feel not harmed and are win-win solution. Because both parties prioritize the sense of kinship and avoid from conflict or hostility
