PROSES PELAKSANAAN PENGADAAN TANAH UNTUK PEMBANGUNAN TAMBAT KAPAL NELAYAN JUWANA OLEH DINAS KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN KABUPATEN PATI

Abstract

Land issues are getting more complicated and difficult due to development progress for the public interest, the construction of the Juwana Fisherman's Shipyard by the Department Marine and Fishery Pati Regency is one of the development programs for public interest. Land acquisition for the public interest is one of the main tasks and land institutions (Badan Pertanahan Nasional) whose processes and mechanisms are regulated in the prevailing legislation that is Law No. 2 Year 2012.Pujuan of this research is to increase insight and increase knowledge for writer about land conflicts by Land Affairs Office against land acquisition conflicts for construction of fishing boats. This research uses qualitative method which gives priority to process problem and meaning of perception, the data used is primary data that is data obtained directly through interviews and secondary data in the form of literature study. Based on the results of the research shows that the Implementation of Land Procurement for The construction of the Juwana Fisherman's Fishing Boat by the Office of Marine and Fisheries Pati regency is carried out through the land procurement committee and according to the covering (a) location alignment with spatial planning (b) the technical aspects of site selection (c) location procurement of land (d) land requirement (d) land ownership data (e) procurement time land and development implementation (f) the estimated land price (g) budgeting plan. The conclusion of this research is the construction of fishing boat vessel in Juwana runs smoothly and performs in accordance with the existing path. Suggestions from this research is better local government to get closer to the community affected by the construction of the mooring vessel, all done so the local community better understand and know the positive impact of development where the mooring of the ship.
