MEKANISME PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN PERMATA DI KANTOR BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL KOTA SURAKARTA TAHUN 2016

Abstract

PERMATA online service is a groundbreaking service for the land which provides ease related to the registration of the deed of the author of the manufacturer deed of land (PPAT). This PERMATA service uses that technology including computer systems, internet networks that connect with the server The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial / BPN, as well as the application system Computerized Land Office Website (KKP WEB) as an information system and Permata service database. With PERMATA, PPAT or user services can directly apply based on their respective user ID. The purpose of this research is to know and to analyze the mechanism of the implementation of PERMATA Badan Pertanahan service National Surakarta City Year 2016 and to know what obstacles faced in the implementation of PERMATA Service of National Land Agency City of Surakarta Year 2016. Metoology research used in order completed this Final Project using qualitative method, that is data obtained then arranged systematically, for further analysis qualitative, to achieve clarity of a problem. Surakarta City Land Office has given opportunity for people who want to register their land easily and quickly. The success of the activity is expected to be able to achieve the mission of the Land Agency itself. Roles and participation are indispensable through coordination synergistic in any case. It is known that the PERMATA service implementation is running with good and effective in order to provide easy access for that community want to register the land.
