IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM NASIONAL AGRARIA (PRONA) DESA SUKOREJO KECAMATAN TUNJUNGAN KABUPATEN BLORA TAHUN 2016

Abstract

PRONA is the legalization of assets in the form of land registration firstly in the framework of issuance of land title certificate especially for the weak to middle class society. This Final Project aims to find out whether land registration through the National Program Agraria (PRONA) Sukorejo Village Tunjungan District in Blora Regency has been implemented properly in accordance with the juridical basis of the PP. 24 Year 1997. The formulation of the proposed problem is: How to process the implementation of PRONA in Sukorejo Village Tunjungan Blora District Year 2016? What are the obstacles that arise in the presence National Agrarian Program (PRONA) Sukorejo Village Tunjungan District Blora Regency in 2016? How the settlement efforts are done by the National Land Agency of Blora Regency of 2016? Research data collected by literature study and research at location of the research object as well as interviews with relevant sources, then processed and analyzed based on the setting of PRONA. Results this study shows that the implementation of PRONA in Sukorejo Village District Tunjungan Kabupaten Blora has been well implemented, but inside the implementation of course there are constraints from the technical and juridical aspects such as area conditions, community aspects, costs, and officer aspects. Results conclusion The study was PRONA conducted in Blora Regency in Years The 2016 budget has reached the target of 525 fields. The author's suggestion give related to this research are: Land Office of Blora Regency must further improves the performance of its tasks to meet the targets of the Activity field PRONA in one budget year; about the good constraints that regarding technical and juridical coordination is expected organized between the Land Office of Blora Regency and technical officers as well as the juridical activities of PRONA in order to overcome those constraints happen.
