TANGGAPAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN PRONA DI DESA SENDANG ASRI KECAMATAN LASEM KABUPATEN REMBANG TAHUN ANGGARAN 2015

Abstract

PRONA activities in principle are land registration activities firstly in the framework of issuance of certificate of land right especially for the weak to middle class society. Participants of PRONA activities preferably for the weak to middle class. The government's favor to the weak to medium-sized economy by providing his land certificate assistance. With a given mark proof of rights (certificate) on the plot of land owned / controlled, will provide sense of tranquility and tranquility of life and well-being. Penertipatan land massively, one of the most frequent land activities in the area rural areas where the land is mostly still not certified and yet understand the importance of land certification. To overcome these issues the government issued a policy of the National Agrarian Program (PRONA). The purpose of this research is to know how to respond community against PRONA policy in Desa Sendang Asri. This research using descriptive quantitative methods. Research was obtained by deepening and penetrating the symptoms that occur later interpret the problem or conclude from a wide range problems. The results obtained are in the implementation of PRONA in Sendang Asri Village Lasem District of Rembang Regency with target of 200 plots of land get a good response from the public. This matter evidenced by the percentage of 60% of people feel satisfied and 40% feel very satisfied with the implementation of Prona implemented in fiscal year 2015. Communities feel helpful in understanding procedures and fulfilling prona requirements, due to direct assistance from officers Prona. Prona financing is very affordable and completely in line with that established by the government and obtaining legal certainty of land ownership. The conclusion in this study that the public response to PRONA policy in Sendang Asri Village targeting 200 plots of land get a good response from the community and in accordance with what is already targeted.
