KEWAJIBAN PEMASANGAN TANDA BATAS SEBAGAI JAMINAN KEPASTIAN OBYEK BIDANG TANAH UNTUK KEPENTINGAN PENDAFTARAN TANAH SISTEMATIK TAHUN 2017 (Studi Kasus Pengukuran Pada Desa Tawang Kabupaten Semarang)

Abstract

Land is a fulfillment of economic value for the community, therefore the role of government brings the importance of guaranteeing certainty of plot object for the owner. In order to realize the intent , then by the government carried out a series of land registration activities. Land registration activities by the government are intended to provide information on boundaries on field objects as a guarantee of certainty limited field on the surface of the earth. Given the plot of land is unit of limited field, then the activity of collecting physical data through measurement and mapping of plots of land owners of land parcels are required putting a mark on every corner of the land owned. In connection with the purpose of the Land Office of Semarang regency get the target of enforcing the registration of the land of sitematik through legalization of assets with a total of 20,000 plots of land targeted at 60 villages. Research and this study was directed to Tawang Village which became one of the targets within implementation of systematic land registration with the aim of knowing awareness community in performing the obligation to put marks on every limit corner of the ground plane. Data collection methods used in research in Tawang Village is the result of interview and literature study. Sources of interview information obtained from the Tawang Village community as respondents, as a supporter data for the completeness of the literature study information obtained by studying the implementation of extension from the Land Office of Semarang Regency then presentation of data is done by descriptive method in case study using qualitative analysis. Based on the research results reveal the facts that the obligations putting a border mark is not implemented by the community in Tawang Village because the existence of factors that influence, that is local culture, economy, education, and awareness of community land law is low because of counseling of land law is not done routinely, consequently society do not understand the existence of regulations on the obligation to install and maintain the boundary mark on every corner of the object of the land owned.
