PROSES PELAKSANAAN REDISTRIBUSI TANAH OBYEK LANDREFORM DI DESA KASREMAN KECAMATAN REMBANG KABUPATEN REMBANG TAHUN 2014

Abstract

Most Indonesians are farmers, they assume land as an invaluable treasure in both economic and economic needs social needs. In this study describes the Implementation process Redistribution of Land in the Village of Kasreman aimed solely for improve the social condition of farmers by way of dividing the land fair and equitable over the source of life of the peasant community in the form of land through the granting of the First Land Rights, thereby expected prospering the community evenly the main farmers who have been working on state land since 1960. In the research of the Implementation Process of Land Object Redistribution This landreform, the authors use qualitative research methods as research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written data or oral from several sources. Data source used in writing this study includes Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary Data is sources of data obtained directly from interviews with heads of sections arrangement and arrangement of land affairs office of Regency of Rembang, Head of Kasreman Village, and the farmers who participated in the Implementation Redistribution of Land of this Landreform Object and the Secondary Data obtained from Reference books and documents owned by the Land Office Kabupaten Rembang related to the research to be discussed. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of redistribution Land of Landreform Object in Kasreman Village of Rembang Regency Year 2014 welcomed by the Redistribution Land recipient community. Because with the existence of the Land Redistribution Program is now no longer farmers who do not owning the land title certificate they have been working on. After has a certificate on the land of the peasants who were originally tillers of state land this is now no longer afraid that there will be evictions, land disputes or the land issues they will experience in the future, so they can working on the land with the maximum.
