Abstract

The administration is planning, controlling and organizing office work, and the movement of those who implement it in order to achieve the goals set. Management is defined as series of work or business undertaken by a group of people to conduct a series of work in achieving the goal. in this case, the management administration contained in the research development unit and community service Faculty of Sosial and Political Science of Diponegoro Universityhas not been done effeciently, because there is still a delay in submitting reportsof research result and dedication to the community.
