PROSEDUR PELAYANAN PENSIUN PADA SUB BAGIAN UMUM DAN KEPEGAWAIAN DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

This research was conducted by Sub Division of General and Personnel of Education and Culture Office of Central Java Province. Problems to be studied are how the procedure of retirement services and what are the obstacles experienced. The research used qualitative method with direct observation. Resource persons in the study of employees who serve the retirement and proposer of retirement. The results of this study indicate that the procedures for retirement services in Sub Division General and Personnel are quite good, there are only a few obstacles, namely the absence of SOP (Standard Operational Procedure), the delay of making a letter from the Office, and many proposers who stated that they do not understand the procedure retirement. Suggestions that writers can provide in this research that is necessary to the preparation of SOP as a reference employee in the service. Every employee must have discipline awareness to avoid mistakes in typing or errors in entering data. The Dinas should provide socialization in advance with regard to the procedures for retirement services.
