STANDAR PROSEDUR PELAYANAN INFORMASI PUBLIK DI BADAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAERAH (BPSDMD) PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) describes and describes the standard of public information service in BPSDMD of Central Java Province; and 2) to analyze the barriers that occur in the implementation of public information service standards in BPSDMD Central Java Province. While the benefits of this study is the reader is able to increase knowledge, especially about Office Administration, especially on public information service standards in government agencies. This research will use qualitative approach, because it aims to describe and describe something phenomenon, namely the implementation of public information service standard in BPSDMD Central Java Province, with the type of research is descriptive, and using some informants as resource persons to be able to describe and describe the phenomenon researched. The results of this study is that generally the implementation of Public Service Information standard in BPSDMD Central Java Province runs less than optimal. This can be seen from the readiness to implement the Public Information Service in BPSDMD Central Java Province. Some significant obstacles related to the implementation of standard public information services. From the planning function, public information service in BPSDMD of Central Java Province does not have long-term plan or strategic plan, whereas strategic planning needs to be done for the sustainability of public information service in BPSDMD Central Java Province in the future. This is done in order to anticipate future situations with the mind to review priorities that may not be important anymore. Next is a list of public information in BPSDMD Central Java Province that can not be socialized to the public because waiting for the Decree (SK) Leadership BPSDMD Central Java Province.
