Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe The Escalation Procedure of Employment in Statting Agency of Semarang City. This research using a descriptive with qualitative approach. The writer uses the technique data collection by interviews, documentation, and uterature. Based on the results of research,can be drawn the conclusion that the procedure on the promotion is a step that must be passed by an employee civil to PSKP(Assessment of the work of employees) with a value of at least 76 and if the value of under at least in automatic promotion process be delayed and it is advisable to improve the quality of work better. Procedures on the promotion conducted simultaneously in the period April and October. By sending a circular letter to the agencies that are concerned. Advices that can be the writer tell is need to make socialization for every institution under the authority of Statting Agency of Semarang City to minimalize the mistake of the sheaf proposal. Beside that, the facilities of wifi which can not be stable to repair it soon.
