PROSEDUR PELAYANAN PENANGGUHAN UPAH MINIMUM KABUPATEN/KOTA PADA DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

The postponement of Minimum Wage Regency/City (UMK) is postpone the payment of wages where at the time, a company not being able to give a right in the form of wage for the labours who had been taken their mind and energy to result in a company product. In order to disciplinary the wages payment, so the goverment especiallyThe Departement of Manpower and Transmigration of Central Java Province give the services for the company in the form of the postpoment minimum wage services. The metodsin this researchs using qualitative approximantion. There four techniques of accumulation data which is used the writer. They are interview, observation, documentation and library research. Based on resultsof the research which is done in an area, the procedure of the postponement minimum wage services of regency/city at the departement of manpower and transmigration of central java province had been proceed suitable with this metods and rules which had been fixed.BUt in this implementation, it is found and obstacle that appear and causes disturbed the implememtationof procedure of the postponement minimum wage services. it can be looked from an action which is showedby a company that less understanding during seervices process or at the time of submission services.t\The suggestion that can the writer give the departement of manpower and transmigration of central java province is improving socialization and creation to the companyso that it can increasing knowledge and insight to more understand about procedure of the postponement minimum wage services that conductied and discuss about terms, the deadline of submission and the things and that concerning about postponement minimum wage.
