Abstract
Television has an important role as educational and entertainment sources for people. The competition between tv programs in local and national stations evolved every day with new program that offers uniqueness and has its own purpose. Bicara Karya is a TV program that cover about creative industry from making, how the process through, until the barriers that occur in a creative industry in Semarang.This program packaged with a personal explanation by someone who has expertise in their field, discussed with an easy language but still not lessing its essential. In Bicara Karya, Marcomm is in charge of planning marketing strategies based on previous research data so that the Bicara Karya can create awareness to the target audience. And also marcomm duty to be able to meet production costs with running the marketing strategies. After going through pre production, production, and postproduction phase, the work is shown on Cakra Semarang TV once a week, starting from 25 April 2017 until 18 July 2017, every Tuesday at 18.00 WIB. Through this work, hope that the audience will get educational program to educate and add the information about creative industry issue in Semarang.
