Understanding individual personality is important because our personality may affect the way we learn. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between students personality traits and their English achievement in English subject. There were 144 participants from five schools in Demak chosen by using random sampling technique as the representations of the whole target population. They were asked to answer the questionnaires. After that, six students and one teacher on each school were interviewed on each school to cross-validate the responses toward the students personality traits. Data were further analyzed using SPSS. They are Correlation and Cross Tabulation (Person Chi-Square). The Correlation analysis confirmed that there is not any biased data in this research (Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,000), while the Person Chi-Square analysis confirm the significance between the variable of personality traits and the variable of students’ English achievements (Asymp.Sig.(2-sided) on Person Chi-Square = 0,000). From both analyses, the results revealed that the data are real and valid. There is also a significant relationship between students personality traits and their English achievement of Junior High School in Demak.
