Abstract

Test Tool of The Dynamic Process of Second Order Capacities Non Interacting with Opening Valves ¼, ½, and ¾ Bachtiar Adi Cahya* 21030114060105 Process control is a combination of work tools automatic control. Many parameters have to been controlled in a process. There are pressure (pressure), flow (flow), temperature (temperature), especially parameters in the field of chemical engineering. On the process of second order capacitites non-interacting, the level of the second tank will not affect the flow rate out from the first tank. From the graph, the results of the experiment shows that the water level will reach a new equilibrium despite the flow of input changed suddenly. In the experiment with the valve opening ¼ water level reaches new steady state with a height of 11,4 cm on Tank 1 and 10,2 cm on Tank 3 and takes 250 seconds with flow rates are constant on 3 for sensor 2 and 3. With valve opening ½ water reaches steady state with a height of 12 cm on Tank 1 and 9,5 cm on Tank 3 and takes 350 seconds with flow rates are constant on 3 for sensor 2 and 3. The valve opening ¾ water level reaches steady state with a height of 9,1 cm on Tank 1 and 6 cm on Tank 3 and takes 20 minutes with flow rates are constant on 3 for sensor 2 and 3. Factor of affects for this process dynamics testing tool is fluid pressure setting, the valve settings and accuracy in reading the scale of height of the fluid level.
