Employee loyalty is a employee's loyalty to job and company demonstrated by the determination and ability of employees to obey the rules that have been determined, in which there is a sense of love and responsibility to strive to provide the best service and treatment with full awareness. Work-life balance is a ability of the individual to perform a good function so as to minimize the conflict between the individual's role in the work and the family, and the individual gets the satisfaction and benefit when performing his role. This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance with employee loyalty at PT. Hanil Indonesia in Boyolali. The subject of this research is permanent employee of PT. Hanil Indonesia in Boyolali. The research sampling technique using simple random sampling with the number of 127 subjects. The research instrument consists of two scales: Employee Loyalty Scale (26 items, α = 0,902) and Work-Life Balance Scale (20 items, α = 0,885). Analysis of data by using simple regression analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between work-life balance with employee loyalty at PT. Hanil Indonesia in Boyolali (rxy = 0.488; p <0.001). Work-life balance provides 23.9% effective contribution to employee loyalty.
