A company with family ownership judged to be outperform nonfamily firm. The better firm performance occurs when companies provide their corporate social responsibility disclosure consistently. This study uses 445 listed Indonesian nonfinancial companies for the period 2013-2014. Number of samples obtained by purposive sampling method with several criteria. The research data were collected from companies’ annual report which can be obtained from Bursa Efek Indonesia and companies’ official website. Data analysis methods are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelarity test), hypothesis test (F-statistic test, t-statistic test and R2-statistic test) and multiple linear regression analysis.
