EVALUASI DATA PELAKSANAAN RUMAH TANGGA BERPERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIGALUH 2 KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA

Abstract

Backgrond : The success of Desa Siaga Aktif from clean and healthy lifestyle component seems from increase clean and healthy lifestyle household. The enhancement because of cadres in the assessment or collection of data of clean and helathy lifestyle performed annually using PHBS Card. The data will then determine an intervention plan based on the data of the clean and healthy lifestyle results. Cadre’s mistake in conducting data collection will greatly affect the intervention planned for households in their area. That is why an evaluation in clean and healthy house holds assessment is needed. Methods : This study is a descriptive observational study using cross sectional method. This study took place in Community Health Center Sigaluh 2’s working area in Banjarnegara. Data was collected with interview, which then would be compared with secondary data from Community Health Center Sigaluh 2 from the previous year. Results : Sample collection in Community Health Center Sigaluh 2 is appropriate for tools, time, personnel, assessment, sample size and category of strata clean and healthy lifestyle,but there are indicators of clean and healthy household are not in appropriate with indicator criterias. Conclusion : Data collection by Community Health Center Sigaluh 2 has been run well, but it needs to be observable about the recording done by cadres and adjustment of clean and healthy lifestyle indicators with indicator criterias.
