Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of ability of salesman and trust of supplier on longterm relationship commitment to increase outlet performance. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Cabang Semarang. The samples size of this research is 150 outlet manager PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Cabang Semarang. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that the ability of salesman and trust of supplier on longterm relationship commitment to increase outlet performance. The effect quality of ability of salesman on longterm relationship commitment are significant; The effect trust of supplier on longterm relationship commitment are significant; The effect quality of ability of salesman on outlet performance are significant; The effect trust of supplier on outler performance are significant;, and The effect longterm relationship commitment on outlet performance are significant.
