UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA RUANG DI RSI SULTAN AGUNG SEMARANG

Abstract

ABSTRACT Milkhatun The Efforts to Improve the Ability of Head Room Transformational Leadership in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang Implementation of transformational leadership is leadership that can bring a sense of pride and trust of follower, inspire and motivate to follower, stimulate creativity and innovation of follower, treat of each follower individually as well as always train and provide guidance to follower through characteristic idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intelectual stimulation, individual consideration. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership training toward implementation of head room transformational leadership. The study was involve 16 nurses as head room in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang and 39 nurses. The study was conducted using a designed a pre-experimental (pre-experimental designs) with form one group pretest-posttest design. Results of the study showed a significant increase in the implementation of transformational leadership after getting transformational leadership training (p value: 0.000). In conclusion transformational leadership training bring affect in the implementation of head room transformational leadership in RSI Sultan Agung Semarang
